The A day of the ninth message in this series titled "Courage Under Fire" - an extended examination of the lessons to be learned from the life and ministry of Elijah as recorded in the old Testament book of 1st Kings. In this message, we conclude the multi-part look at the role that the successive trials Elijah faced prepared him for the difficult tasks that lay ahead of him. In today's teaching we begin to learn how to exercise faith even when all seems lost, as Elijah did in responding to the death of the widow's son.
